About

Built from 10,000 field visits, not a conference room.

CoachLens was founded by Jason E. Brooks after 30 years in multi-unit operations across more than 20 brands — and roughly 10,000 personal field visits. He’s seen what separates the visits that change a business from the ones that just fill a calendar, and he built the system that makes the difference repeatable.

Jason is the author of four books on leadership and field coaching, led by Every Leader Needs Followers, and writes the Coaching Connection column for FSR Magazine. He’s delivered more than 40 keynotes to operators and field leadership teams across the industry.

The belief behind the platform is simple: field visits are the single biggest leadership investment most multi-unit brands make — and until now, there’s been no system around them. Execution systems protect the floor. CoachLens raises the leadership ceiling.
