Franchise Edition

Field visits your franchisees experience as support.

Most franchisor field visits are sold as support and run as a scored compliance check. That gap is where franchisor–franchisee friction comes from. CoachLens Franchise Edition gives your field team the rails for the visit nobody ever taught them to run: a genuine business-partner conversation with the operator.

The number-rich surface is the point

What makes it different

A partner conversation — with rails.

  • The true support visit.Franchise Edition never replaces your food safety visit, business review, or scored compliance audit — it’s the visit in between, at whatever cadence your brand runs.
  • A business-level review, not a person-level score. The visit is organized around configurable business focus areas with real numbers. Conditions and the business are fair game; your franchisee’s people are never scored.
  • Two-sided commitments. The operator leaves with commitments — and so does your field leader, with due dates both sides can see. An inspector hands you a list and drives away. A partner says “here’s what I’m going to do to help, by these dates” — and is on the hook for it.
  • Franchisee-friendly by design.Operators see their action items, their scheduled reviews, and their own agenda input — a two-way surface, not a portal for receiving orders.

FAQ

Questions franchise teams ask.

Does it handle multi-brand franchise organizations?
Yes. Parent-company structures with multiple banners are native to the platform, with reporting scoped to each brand and rolled up across the portfolio.
Can our franchisees see each other’s data?
No. Every brand’s data is isolated by architecture and covered by automated isolation testing.
What if a franchisee wants coaching for their own multi-unit team?
They can run CoachLens for their own organization — completely separate. The franchisor never sees one minute of the franchisee’s internal coaching, and vice versa.
Does it replace our compliance platform?
No — and it’s not supposed to. Franchise Edition is the support layer. For the scored brand-standards inspection itself, see CoachStandard.
